Employment forecast improves – from Wisconsin DoR:

So, since the Wisconsin GOP’s January statement that Wisconsin was in a recession, employment has grown. Although it is possible that employment increased as the country weakened, this combination seems highly unlikely.
With good readings on employment nationally, it’s no surprise that the Department of Finance is seeing continued growth in Wisconsin employment.
