However, there are aspects of people that AI cannot replace, and it is unlikely that organizations will rely entirely on machines alone for security.”
Tim Morris, senior American security consultant at Tanium, agreed: “While AI can process and analyze large amounts of data, it lacks human insight and knowledge and cannot interpret nuances beyond the information presented.”
Jamie Moles, chief technology officer at ExtraHop, told CSO: “Humans can still provide valuable information and identify patterns that robots cannot. As a result, people are the backbone that oversees several programs, especially private ones.”
